I'm Lynette “CB” Fletcher, a storyteller. I have been a creative director, communications strategist, and multi-medium storyteller with a passion for building imaginative, purpose-driven experiences. With a background in Mass Media Arts and Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University, I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations and communities tell their stories with heart, strategy, and visual impact. Now I am looking forward to what is next.
Through my work with the National Science Foundation’s National Data Science Alliance, I led the design and launch of a digital membership hub for HBCU educators and managed cross-channel communications with clarity and intention. As the Creative Director of CB Fletcher Creates, KARAT Creates, and GroCharity, I’ve partnered with more than 30 businesses and nonprofits to bring their visions to life, from branding and virtual events to documentaries and campaigns.
What drives me is the chance to create something unworldly or elevate what exists with just a bit more imagination. I love working with bold, curious, courageous teams who believe in the power of storytelling to shift culture and spark connection.
When I’m not deep in a project, you might catch me dancing in a grocery aisle, writing poetry, or binge-watching something beautifully strange or hilarious. I’m all about making meaning, building legacy, and creating work that feels as good as it looks.
As my story continues, I've realized that I sought clarity and was gifted chaos to get there.
